my kids, dancing like no one’s watching to their favorite band, The Throwdowns, who performed for the troops at Hickam Harbor on the 4th

and last but not least, my husband who just started the Love Dare with me, promotes to an Air Force Major at the end of the month, and decided to grow his very first beard

It was an amazing night, and I was super honored to be able to capture it for them; from soundcheck, to backstage, to the freaking AMAZING show! This band is for real, they’re SO talented and I have a major story to tell with my photos…a story that big dreams are made of.

But before I do, I want to direct you to FLUXhawaii Magazine where my photos have been featured on a great article they just published about the night. So excited to have my photos featured on FLUX! It’s a magazine I have sitting right in front of me on my desk and I have been ogling their 2nd issue, the Water issue, which is absolutely GORGEOUS!
